The Balance as shown on your confirmation is due 15 days prior to arrival. Visa, MasterCard, checks or cash accepted. We realize a cancellation may sometimes be unavoidable. The deposit will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee, if cancellation is 15 or more days prior to the dates booked. If within the 15 day window, we will be unable to offer a refund. Check out time is by 1 p.m. and check in by 4 p.m. at Cherokee and Holiday. However, we are flexible and if no one is checking out the day you arrive then we don't mind how early in the day you check in.
