Two night minimum is required except on Holiday
Weekends which
are three night minimum. Holiday Weekends are Memorial Day,
July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
Full week runs Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday.
Thur/Fri,Fri/Sat,Sat/Sun are W/E rate if booked individually,
otherwise, Thur and Sun are weeknights.
New Years (2 nights) is weekend rate + 10%. Christmas (2 nights) is weekend rate .
